Job Description

Role: Enterprise Sales Consultant

 

Location: Croydon/Client/Home

 

 

Our client is one of the fastest growing Mitel partners in Europe due to their Company ethos both in terms of how they partner with their clients with excellent service at the heart of everything they do but also how they look after their staff.  Sales staff earn on everything they sell with no caps or thresholds and are trained, developed, supported and motivated.

 

It is essential that you have come from a Telecoms Sales background and experience of selling Mitel solutions at an Enterprise level would be a definite advantage.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and close New Business Opportunities
  • Account Management of Existing Customers
  • Customer Retention
  • Updating and Management of CRM.
  • Management of correspondence including Proposals, Quotes, Audit Documents and Contracts
  • Accurate forecasting of new business

 

Experience required:

 

  • Mitel Portfolio including legacy, current and future applications – Mitel 3300, MCD, MiVoice Business, Office 250, MSL, MiCollab, MBG (teleworker), NuPoint Messenger, Contact Center, MiCC, CIS & CSM, MiVoice for Skype for Business
  • Exponential-e portfolio (relative products/solutions)
  • Gamma (relative products/solutions)
  • SIP Services
  • Support Services
  • Monitor Tools
  • Red Box (relative products/solutions)
  • Skype for Business and Mitel Integration (Cloud Connect etc.)

 

Expectations:

 

  • Customer Retention
  • Consistently reaching an acceptable GP target
  • Detailed and concise project documentation to the business using the available pre-sales and technical support
  • Detailed and concise proposals to customers and prospects
  • Regular updating of CRM and other in-house systems
  • Some self-generation of prospects and leads
  • Input into promotions and marketing to assist in generating leads
  • Meet the working hours expected by the business and be available and in the office as much as possible when not attending customer and prospect meetings
