Purpose & scope
Technical Pre-Sales Consultant providing technical solutions for the Sales team, Architecting winning solutions for both existing and new label clients.
Essential functions of role
- Subject Matter Expert in the Latest contact centre solutions with a focus on customer experience.
- Articulate business outcome’s and be able to create a technical roadmap to achieve it
- Provide hands-on, pre-sales technical guidance to the Sales division
- Create and deliver technical sales-focused presentations to buyers including whiteboarding and demo’s
- Ability to Identify further requirements within new and existing accounts.
- Expected to Continually Develop and maintain expert technical understanding of the client portfolio whilst leveraging against competitor solutions
- Act as the go-to technical resource for Sales
- Lead and deliver technical workshops & proof of concepts based on customers key business requirements and ROI
skills & knowledge
- 2 – 4 years in a technical Pre-Sales role with client-facing responsibilities
- Proven credibility with customers with the ability to develop long term relationships through technical expertise and demonstration
- Ability to engage with clients using remote collaboration/presentation tools
- Willingness to travel
- In depth Technical knowledge of contact centre environments, ideally hosted or cloud-based contact centre solutions, CCaaS working with Vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Genesys, Unify
- Strong technical knowledge covering associated contact centre technologies – Call recording, workforce optimisations & interactive voice response systems
- Experience working in some of the following areas, Contact Centre Solutions ,VOIP, Instant Messaging & Presence Platforms, Collaboration (e.g., Voice, Video and Digital Collaboration, Web, etc)
- Ideally Knowledge of networking and security concepts for Contact Centre & Unified Communications solutions
£55-65k +Car allowance +Commission +Company Pension +Life Insurance
