Principal Mitel Engineer / Team Leader – Home based
Solution Provider and Mitel partner are looking for a Senior Mitel Engineer to work for a Global communications firm. The successful candidate will come from a strong voice background and will be able to demonstrate experience with the full Mitel portfolio. Whilst evidencing traditional voice experience, the ideal candidate will be experienced in complimentary technologies particularly around contact centres or unified communications (ideally Skype for Business) and have experience of deploying solutions in virtual environments. SIP, Microsoft Lync, networking, HP and Cisco skills would be advantageous.
You will be supporting a growing client base, designing and delivering complex UC solutions based on the Mitel portfolio of products including:
Mitel 3300, MCD, MiVoice Business, MSL, MiCollab, MBG (teleworker), NuPoint Messenger, Contact Center, MiCC, Multi Media, IVR, CIS & CSM, MiVoice for Lync
Qualifications and Certifications
- Mitel Certification: MBG
- Mitel Certification: MiVB
- Mitel Certification: MiCC Inbound and Outbound
- Mitel Certification: MiCollab
It is essential you have previously worked with a Services based company preferably a Mitel Reseller looking after external clients and have about 5+ years solid hands on experience acting as Lead Engineer for Mitel Enterprise solutions.
