Cisco TAC/NOC Engineer – 2nd Line

Very successful Managed Service Provider and Cisco Gold Partner are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Cisco Routing & Switching Engineer certified to CCNA/CCNP to carry out Cisco R&S technical support with additional Security/Firewall responsibilities with the opportunity to work across the Cisco portfolio covering Voice/IPT/UC, Wireless LAN, Data Centre and Contact Centre.Working in the 24/7 TAC coving shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis.


It is envisaged that the successful Engineer will have previously worked for a Systems Integrator and Cisco partner in at least a 2nd line capacity with the experience and ability to troubleshoot Enterprise Networks. You must have hands on experience of Cisco Routing and switching and ideally Security/Firewalls (ASA, Checkpoint, Juniper, Palo Alto etc) any specialisation such as IPT / UC, WLAN, Data Centre or Contact Centre would be an advantage as would holding Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Cisco Engineers that have experience of working for Systems Integrators in a similar capacity troubleshooting multiple client networks to strict SLA’s would be favoured highly.
