3rd Line Mitel Engineer – Remote Home based


Fast paced Solution Provider and Mitel partner are looking for a Senior Unified Communications specialist to join the team. The successful candidate will come from a strong voice background and will be able to demonstrate experience with Mitel telephony spanning the portfolio including Contact Center – MiCC. Whilst evidencing traditional voice experience, you will also possess strong capabilities within the applications and Contact Centers and have experience of deploying solutions in virtual environments.


It is imperative that you have recently worked for a Services based company preferably a Mitel Reseller looking after external clients rather than purely in-house focussed on 1 telephony estate.  This is a 3rd Line role so expectations around your Mitel knowledge is high and you must have experience troubleshooting MiCC and be certified to enable you to open tickets with Mitel’s TAC.  The Unified Comms industry is going through rapid change so in addition to a focus on Mitel they require someone who is unfazed by change and is not only open to working with new technology but embraces it!


You will be supporting a growing client base of medium and Enterprise customers troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems and installing telephony solutions based on the Mitel portfolio of products and related technology including:


MiVoice Business, MiVB, MCD, Contact Center, MiCC, IVR, Multimedia, MiCollab, MSL, MBG (teleworker), NuPoint Messenger, CIS & CSM, MiVoice for Lync, MS Teams, Redbox, R&S, Cisco, HP, SIP, 8X8, Hosted, UCaaS. CCaaS
