Mitel Accredited Communications/Data Engineer

Main responsibilities include:

  • Installation of Mitel MiVoice Business solution & associated Applications
  • Configuration and support of associated data infrastructure, including LAN switches and routers across a variety of vendor’s products  (Cisco/Juniper/HP)
  • VoIP analysis and troubleshooting, including a working knowledge of Wireshark packet analyser
  • Remote support of the solutions, field visits may also be required
  • Liaison with other working groups within the company to assist with solution design/specification and the documentation of delivered projects
  • Ownership of the technical design & delivery of Communication Solutions

Candidates who apply will have the following:

  • Technical Accreditation in the following Mitel solutions:
    • Mitel 3300 Basic & Advanced Implementation
    • Mitel MiCC/IVR
    • Mitel MiCollab UC application including AWV
  • Cisco CCNA would be beneficial
  • Knowledge & experience of SIP Trunks/SIP protocol
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team

Bonus skills:

  •       Accreditation in the Mitel Office 250
  •       Experience of Video solutions
  •       Knowledge of Wireless Networks, WLAN controllers, WMM protocol
